"As long as you have a soul, you're an Artist"
Why Atelier Lumina Exists
Atelier Lumina was born during a time in my life when I felt deeply disconnected from myself.
After experiencing burnout and falling into a period of depression, I found myself searching for something that could bring me back to feeling — back to presence, joy, expression, and aliveness.
What started as a quiet return to creativity slowly became something much bigger.
Through painting, journaling, and creating without pressure or perfection, I began reconnecting with parts of myself that had been buried beneath stress, routine, expectations, and survival mode.
Creation became more than art.
It became healing.
A conversation with myself.
A way back home.
And somewhere in that process, I realized something:
So many people are craving this kind of connection.
Not necessarily to become artists: but to feel freer, softer, more present, more alive.
That realization became the foundation of Atelier Lumina.
I believe art belongs to everyone.
Not just the people who call themselves artists.
Not just the people who think they’re “good” at it.
As an intuitive artist and certified art therapy practitioner, my approach focuses less on perfection and more on presence, exploration, emotional expression, and play.
Because sometimes creativity isn’t about creating something beautiful.
Sometimes it’s about remembering that you are still there beneath everything life has placed on top of you.
And if Atelier Lumina can help even one person reconnect with themselves in that way, then it is fulfilling exactly what it was created for.
